Providing page status information

You can provide status information about individual pages either by labeling them or by assigning them to collections. You provide status information about pages in a collection by giving the collection a significant name such as "Reviewed."

A page can have only one label. Because it can belong to multiple collections, the collection approach permits more complex status information.
